Internal Technical Sales Executive – Tree Division.

Greenfix is looking to expand our team by opening a positioning as a Internal Technical Sales Executive. The role would be based out of our main office in Ashton Under Hill, Evesham (WR11 7SU) working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm daily. The office benefits from a beautiful countryside location, kitchen facilities and onsite parking. This role will support the growth of the business specifically targeted within the Arboricultural and Urban Landscape Industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and generating new leads within the Arboricultural and Urban Landscape Industries.
  • Increase awareness of products relevant to the target industries including the new range of TreeBunker products and ancillaries.
  • Organising CPD’s for the Greenfix range of Tree Protection / Planting Systems for Landscape Architects,Tree Officers, Arb and general consultants.
  • Raising quotations for products within Greenfix’s Tree Division.
  • Managing live projects in accordance with the internal sales process manual.
  • Managing sales targets for products within Greenfix’s Tree Division in line with company sales targets.
  • Processing purchase orders in line with the internal sales order process.
  • Attending when required, exhibitions and other trade shows.
  • Working with Greenfix’s Marketing department to identify and target specific audiences for mail shots and other marketing activities.
  • Attending when required, site meetings / installation talks.
  • Updating and managing data in the company CRM database.
  • Conducting research and compiling data upon request.
  • Develop initiatives to help grow the business’s income and profitability.
  • Work as part of the team to help improve business performance.



  • Previous experience working within the Arboricultural or Urban Landscape industry preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident on all Microsoft Office packages• Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Polite and confident telephone manner
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to use initiative.
  • Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
  • Able to prioritise a changing to-do list.

Job Type: Full Time.
