Do you hold team days for staff? If so does this have a positive effect on morale?
“We hold what we call staff briefing days every 3-4 months. These days bring the whole site teams and office teams together to discuss any burning topics from recent projects and cover at least 2 CPD sessions on landscape subjects. We also arrange to have dinner and drinks as often as possible to give everyone a chance to catch up and celebrate any recent awards or birthdays. Team activity days have included indoor sky diving, crazy golf and beer tasting. These days are really important for drawing a line between our professional work and personal relations in the company.
