SALARY: £19,000 - £22,000 Basic plus annual bonus of max £2,500.
LOCATION: Based at the Regus Bristol Temple Meads offices, right next to the mainline station, you will probably be living or looking for work in the Bristol, Bath, area.
HOURS: You will be looking to work Full time- 37.5hrs hours per week between (Flexible 8.00am to 6.00pm).  However finding the right person is the most important thing, so specific hours can be tailored to suit your circumstances - TBC  -
This dynamic and rapidly expanding leading supplier of interior / exterior green living walls and sustainable green, horticultural products, has created a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic, star individual, who can provide added value support and contribute to the growth of the business.
As a full-time Sales Support Executive, working within a small team of three and reporting to the National Business Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of interesting and varied duties and responsibilities, from handling incoming calls, to maintaining order processing systems whilst liaising with Architects, Landscapers, Building Contractors and Designers. Your job is to help support the sales team, achieving the shared goal and targets.- must be able  to work autonomously
After in-depth product training, including gaining a firm understanding of the systems and procedures, your day-to-day responsibilities in this exciting, busy, and challenging role will include:
* Handling phone calls, enquiries and emails.
* Dealing with Tenders – measuring plans/drawings
* Preparing sales quotations, purchase and sales orders.
* Proactively chasing up quotes and enquiries with a view to securing    orders or sales appointments.
* Accepting sales orders over the telephone and email.
* Dealing with queries from new / existing customers.
* Advising on the best solutions / products.
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
* Following up on quotes and ensuring fluid communication to the team.
* Using Google Docs and updating quotes/Forecasts.
* Maintaining Account and payments to the business (debt management).
* Liaising with transport.
An enthusiastic, motivated and proactive Sales Support Executive / Sales Support Administrator, you will be someone who is able to combine outstanding admin skills and attention to detail with the self-confidence, communication skills, and innate sales ability needed to help the team convert enquires into sales.
You should have experience using a CRM system for logging quote details, good computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook), and a solid foundation in English and mathematics.
The ability to communicate with customers professionally and effectively is essential, but product / industry knowledge is not a requirement as ongoing training and support will equip you with the skills you need.
Your key qualities should include:
* Quick to learn and able to work on your own initiative.
* An all-round communicator with a good telephone manner / call handling   skills.
* Well organised and able to prioritise your own work load.
* A team player who understand the importance of shared targets and    objective.
